Upcoming Server Migration to TornadoDC
Update 1: (16:48 - 15/08/2024)
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our server maintenance.
All servers in the EGC network will be affected by this maintenance, except for dedicated servers with names starting with "flash-."
Due to ongoing service issues with EGC, we've decided to expedite our migration timeline by two months.
The move to TornadoDC is now scheduled for September 14th, 2024.
Maintenance will begin at midnight (00:00 CEST) on September 14th, 2024, and is expected to conclude by 4:00 AM CEST.
Servers may come back online sooner, and we'll update our status page as soon as everything is operational.
Please note that all affected customers will also receive email notifications.
While it may take some time, we anticipate completing this process in the coming days.

The expected maintenance window has been extended until 5:00 AM CET due to a delay in the delivery of the racks.
Update 3: (05:15 - 14/09/2024)
The server deployment is still delayed for the reasons mentioned above, with the current estimated time of completion at 06:00 CET.
Update 4: (06:40 - 14/09/2024)
We are still working on getting the servers back. We will keep you updated.
Update 5: (07:40 - 14/09/2024)
We are currently working on bringing all VMS back online. Once that's complete, we'll take a short break. We'll provide the runtime once everything is fully operational, though the exact duration is still unclear.
Update 6: (08:50 - 14/09/2024)
Most VMs are ready to be started again. We're still working on some Ryzen nodes, and a mass start will be performed later.
Update 7: (09:20 - 14/09/2024)
We are currently experiencing issues with 8 Ryzen nodes and are addressing them one by one. The process should be completed in about half an hour.
Management of EQ7 servers is also available again.
Update 8: (09:50 - 14/09/2024)
All Ryzen nodes are now accessible.
Update 9: (18:36 - 14/09/2024)
After the break, we identified issues with 3 Ryzen hosts. The estimated time to fix this is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Everything else is back online.
