We dont have access to the billing support panel and do not have access to many of the servers and have no way to contact any customers. We have been hacked. Hackers want 200k to let us regain access. We missed their deadline this last saturday and they have since started deleting servers. We are trying to meet their next deadline.


We were able to restore servers in LAX on the 172.99.249x range. We are going to start over. We have no access to our billing system. We have your email on the nodes. They are attached to your servers. We will be contacting you soon with the new setup. Those of you have servers online they will remain online. We have moved servers around to new nodes that were not online yet so were not compromised. New York lost 4 nodes. Those will be back online once the nvme is replaced. We we will also be changing ip addresses in New York and deleting some in LAX.
